Or it works alright, but it just feels draining. I introduce to you a bigger-picture approach to planning your life (and when I say life, I mean ALL parts of it) that isn’t so exhausting. Incorporating your values and your definition of the domains of your life (think: health, social life, work, etc.) I walk you through how to curate a “wellness wheel” that prioritizes balance. And below, you can find an example template of everything I talk about in today’s episode for the more visual learners.
