Y’all, today’s episode is fun! I am talking about a topic near and dear to my Taurus heart - REST! Are you on the bed rotting side of TikTok? Have you experienced the need to collapse in bed for at least a full calendar day? Today, we are talking about how to rot well! In the fast-paced, overstimulating time we live in, it can feel like an absolute necessity to disconnect from the world & become a little lump - I feel that. But if we take the time to recharge, yet don’t actually feel rejuvenated afterwards, that could be a sign that the bed rotting isn’t actually helping. I am here to share some simple tips on making the most of your rot days (because we aren’t trying to get rid of them anytime soon!) & how to care for yourself each day to not feel so near collapse by the end of the week. When it comes to the full deal, the whole rot day, check-in — set some intentions + time limits, potentially planning activities, diversifying what you do — to what makes you really feel recharged.
