No. 12 Call your friends! Cultivating closer relationships

We’re back, baby! In this week’s episode, I explore what the hell happened to those tight-knit friendships from childhood (sleepovers, comfortable silence, last-minute hangs) and how to cultivate closer friendships as an adult. How do I level up a good friend from happy hours to leftovers at my place? Why does it feel kinda scary to let people in? I’ve got you, as the past few years of my life have been in the pursuit of those close, casual, intimate friendships. I’ll share what I’ve learned and throw out some ideas for you to consider in fostering BFF-ships in your life. As always, after listening (or during or before!) message me with your thoughts, questions, or feels. I'd love to hear from you!
