the evergreen rx prescription

Your prescription for living well, dose for this week: Remember to do a gut check before/during/after time with a friend or really anyone you are in a relationship with. Does the good outweigh the bad? Relationships are all hard at times — you are looking for if it is, more often than not? If you’re catching yourself suppressing something related to your authentic values in order to be in a relationship with them, that’s a big sign. Can you be honest + yourself with them? Move out of relationships if you are feeling a lot of resentment toward them. See if you can talk to them about what you are noticing, give them an opportunity to change. If you have done that and it’s still not working, feel ok stepping away. Words need to line up with actions. If they aren’t that’s all you. need to know. 🌿
