Today’s episode is all about finding & connecting with your internal guidance system or intuition. Intuition is an innate gift inside of all of us that can contribute to a greater feeling of connection, support, and purpose throughout each day and in shaping our lives. We explore the different ways intuition can come in (think senses…do you receive messages through feelings, a voice or sound, perhaps even smells?), how it differs from our thinking mind, and common blocks or limiting beliefs surrounding our ability to use intuition as a tool. Beginning or growing your connection to your intuition is a fun journey connecting you to a new way of moving through the world with greater ease. I can’t wait to hear how it shows up for you!

Your prescription for living well, dose for this week: Create cues for yourself to remind you of some of the moments you have decided to microdose mindfulness. At a stoplight? Instead of reaching for you phone, use that time to check-in with your breath and become present. Set an alarm as a reminder, a sticky note with a mantra, your pet, a shower - all good cues to check-in and return to the present moment.
