Your prescription for living well, dose for this week: Write post it notes and put them around - like, upper limit problem :) Helps you remember - I can choose a new belief, I can tolerate initial discomfort to the good, to having things work, to feeling joy. Have an accountability partner. Have a friend who is going to catch you when you are limiting yourself. Where is this behavior coming from? Expand your capacity for good. Is it an indulgence that has to be earned? Nahhhh. You deserve good things. 🍃
