No need to make intense changes overnight! ✧:·.☽˚。Little by little is the way to go. For example, wanting to change your bedtime to bedtime that better aligns with your dosha? Try moving your bedtime back 10 minutes + your wake time up 10 minutes, each week — see how that goes. Get to know the dosha of the important people around you. Compassion towards differences will increase + you can find better ways to interact that can get you more of what you are seeking.
